Is the procedure covered by insurance?
PRK and LASIK are "elective" procedures, so most insurance companies will not pay for them. However, you are encouraged to check
with your private insurance company policies for further information.
Our office is happy to file all insurance claims for you at no extra charge. We participate with many plans to keep your fees as
low as possible. We ask that you pay your deductible or co-insurance at the time of your appointment.
